ON:SITE is a professionally produced, commercially structured event. The buyers have been individually recruited. The programme runs for twelve weeks. The delegate prices reflect that and are not negotiable — not for early registration, not for group bookings, not for any other reason.
If the pricing gives you pause, take the time you need. The founding edition of ON:SITE will not be repeated. The people in the room will have decided it was worth being there. We are looking for delegates who have made that decision — not those who need to be persuaded.

One day. Four zones. All connected.
20 November 2026, Mumbai. The floor, the stage, the networking zone, and the meeting programme run simultaneously. There is no single prescribed delegate journey.

Sponsor floor
39 sponsor units. Booths open. Pods by meeting only.
Gold, Silver, and Associate booths are open to delegate floor traffic all day. Title and Platinum pods are private, meetings only. Delegates may submit meeting requests in advance for open sponsor slots through the ON:SITE meeting system. This is not walk-up.
Delegate networking zone
The unscripted conversations happen here.
A dedicated zone, separate from the sponsor floor corridor, for delegate-to-delegate conversation, informal meetings, and scheduled breaks. No agenda. No schedule. The right people in the same space with a reason to be there.
Meeting requests
Submit in advance. Sponsor confirms.
Premium Pass holders submit first, priority window. Regular and Startup pass holders follow in the standard window. Requests are reviewed by sponsors. A confirmed meeting is added to your schedule. Open slots are limited and sponsors decide which requests to accept.

Substitutions: You may nominate a colleague from the same organisation who meets the eligibility criteria for your pass type, with at least 5 business days written notice. Substitutions to external parties are not permitted under any circumstances. GST is not included in refund calculations for non-refundable passes.
