Financial Institution Pass — Application

Apply for your place. The deposit comes back to you.

SECTION 3 — ELIGIBILITY CONFIRMATION

The Financial Institution Pass requires VP level or above at a regulated financial institution. Please confirm the following.

I am employed full-time by a bank, NBFC, small finance bank, payment bank, housing finance company, IRDAI-regulated insurance company (technology function), or cooperative bank (digital transformation unit) My role sits at Vice President level or above within my institution's technology, digital, or transformation function I understand that the INR 10,000 deposit is refundable only on completion of a minimum of 8 verified sponsor meetings on the event day and submission of a refund claim within 7 days of the event. I have read the full refund conditions at onsite.in/delegate-terms.

Misrepresentation of eligibility at any stage results in pass cancellation without refund. ON:SITE verifies seniority and institutional affiliation as part of the review process.

I confirm all information provided in this application is accurate and complete. I understand that submission of this application does not guarantee a place. My place is confirmed only on receipt of cleared payment following written approval. I agree to the ON:SITE Delegate Terms and Conditions (onsite.in/delegate-terms) and Privacy Policy (onsite.in/privacy). I consent to ON:SITE sharing my name, job title, and organisation with confirmed sponsors in the post-event attendee list, and sharing a summary of my declared technology priorities with sponsors I am matched with for the purpose of pre-meeting briefing. I agree to be contacted by the ON:SITE team regarding my application, event logistics, and schedule.
