This is the most important question on this form. It is read by our review team and is a primary input into the approval decision.
STARTUP VERIFICATION
The Startup Pass is available only to employees of DPIIT-recognised startups under the Startup India framework. Your recognition number will be verified against the DPIIT database. Applications with invalid or unverifiable numbers will be denied.
As issued by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade under the Startup India initiative.
SECTION 3 — POTENTIAL CONFLICTS
Sponsor category conflicts are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A conflict may result in pass type reassignment rather than denial. If you select Yes, your application will be reviewed by our team before a decision is made.
SECTION 4 — DECLARATIONS
Applications are reviewed within 48 hours. If approved, a payment link for your pass price + GST will be sent to your registered work email, valid for 48 hours. Your place is confirmed only on receipt of cleared payment. Full terms at onsite.in/delegate-terms.

If your application is denied

  • You will receive a specific reason — seniority, organisational relevance, or sponsor conflict. If you believe the decision is incorrect, reply within 5 business days to appeal. Most disputes resolve quickly.
  • Sponsor conflict denials may result in a pass type reassignment rather than a full denial — you may still attend without sponsor meeting request access.
