The format

This is not a conference with an exhibition floor attached.

Before the first meeting
0 +

The matching process starts twelve weeks before the event. Every hour of preparation is designed to make every 30-minute meeting on the day count.

When matching runs
0 wk

Sponsor profiles and buyer priorities are scored against each other eight weeks out. Draft schedules are in sponsors' hands four weeks before the event.

Buyer prepares in advance
0 hr

Every buyer receives a confirmed agenda and sponsor profile 48 hours before their meeting. The conversation starts informed, not from scratch.

How it works

Three pillars. Every element deliberate.

Meet, Match, Monetize are not a tagline. They are the operational sequence that every part of the event is built around.

01

Meet

The right buyer in the room

Individually recruited · Screened · Onboarded

No self-registration. No floor traffic.

Every buyer at ON:SITE is individually recruited through the ON:SITE ACCESS programme. CDO, CTO, CIO, and VP level professionals from banks, NBFCs, and regulated financial institutions are contacted, screened, and onboarded.

Technology priorities declared before the event.

Every buyer declares their top three technology priorities, institution type, deal stage, and budget range in a structured profile.

Confirmation calls three weeks before the event.

Every confirmed buyer receives a personal schedule and verbally confirms attendance before final schedules are locked.

02

MATCH

Pre-scheduled. Fit-scored. Confirmed.

Eight weeks of matching · Human reviewed · Both parties confirm

Every pairing is scored, not browsed.

The ON:SITE matching engine scores potential sponsor-buyer pairings on technology category fit, deal stage alignment, institution type match, institution size, and budget signal.

Draft schedules shared four weeks out.

Sponsors receive their draft schedule at week eight and have a one-week window to request substitutions.

The buyer has read your profile.

Pre-meeting briefing packs are delivered to all parties one week before the event, so neither side walks into the room cold.

03

MONETIZE

Meeting integrity. Commercial outcome.

Soundproof pods · Branded environment · 48hr reports

Soundproof pods for Title and Platinum sponsors.

Title sponsors receive an 18 sqm soundproof meeting pod integrated with their 24 sqm booth. Platinum sponsors receive a 12 sqm soundproof pod with their 15 sqm booth.

Meeting reports within 48 hours.

Every sponsor receives a structured post-event report with buyer notes, declared priorities, discussion summary, and agreed next step.

Meeting integrity, not room exclusivity.

The floor is open. The schedule is yours. Competitors do not receive your matched buyer intelligence or confirmed meeting slots.

The format difference

Every structural problem. Solved by design.

The critique of existing events does not require a track record to make. The structural problems are visible to anyone who has tried to sell at one.

The matching process

Curated scheduling. Not an app.

There is no app where buyers browse and hope to connect. The result is a schedule, not a suggestion, shared with sponsors four weeks before the event. Here is exactly how it works.

"The matching process is not an algorithm that runs once and delivers a list. It is a twelve-week operational programme with human review at every stage. The quality of every meeting on the day is a direct function of the quality of the input collected in the twelve weeks before it."

Meeting integrity

What we guarantee. What we don't.

ON:SITE makes specific, commercially meaningful promises, and we are deliberate about not making promises we cannot keep.

What we guarantee

Your meetings are protected.

What we don't guarantee

Honesty about the limits.

We do not guarantee that competitors are excluded from the event floor. We do not guarantee that every meeting leads to a commercial outcome. We do not guarantee any specific buyer’s attendance by name until final schedules are locked at week ten.

Why this matters

Events that promise things they cannot deliver train sponsors to discount all promises. We would rather tell you precisely what you are buying than overpromise and underdeliver.

Event day — 20 November 2026

What the day actually looks like.

The format is structured around two modes: floor mode, when sponsors are at their booths and the corridor is live, and stage mode, when the main stage commands the room. Both serve the commercial programme.

For sponsors

Your day is scheduled before it starts.

For buyers

Eight meetings. A full briefing pack. No wasted conversations.

Ready to participate

The format works. The question is who is in the room.

Sponsorship categories are first-confirmed, first-served. Buyer applications are reviewed within 48 hours. Both close when capacity is reached.
